1 3/4 | c | Flour |
2 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Light Karo syrup |
2/3 | c | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | Egg |
Melt chocolate. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream together margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add Karo syrup to margarine mix. Add flour mixture, then chocolate. Chill dough for easier handling. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
