Title: Cinnamon Applesauce Loaf

2 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | c | Applesauce |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Egg Beaters |
1/2 | c | Margarine -- melted |
1/2 | c | Seedless raisins |
Confectioners' sugar glaze | ||

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine first 4 ingredients. In a large bowl blend applesauce, sugar, Egg Beaters and margarine. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Mix in raisins. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Drizzle with glaze, if desired. Serve.
