8	lb	Whole peaches
8	c	Sugar
4	ts	Cloves
4	ts	Nutmeg
4		Sticks cinnamon
1	qt	Vinegar

Mix sugar, spice and vinegar and let come to a boil. Drop in peaches and boil until tender. Pack in jars, fill with hot syrup and seal.
