2 | c | Vegetable Oil |
2 | tb | Gingerroot, chopped, fresh |
2 | tb | Red Pepper Flakes |
5 | Garlic Cloves, fresh, sliced |
Heat gently for 5 minutes. Cool; transfer to a glass jar. Cover and refrigerate, do not store at room temperature. Use the oil for stir-frying.
