2cRadishes, Thinly Sliced
1/2cOnion, Chopped
3tbOrange Juice
2tbLime Juice
2tbFresh Cilantro, Fine Snipped
2tbVegetable Oil
1/4tsSalt
1/8tsPepper, Freshly Ground

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
