| | Sm Apple, chopped |
2 | tb | Sliced Almonds |
2 2/3 | c | Skim Milk |
1/2 | ts | Ground Cinnamon |
1 1/3 | c | Regular Rolled oats |
1/4 | c | Pitted whole Dates, snipped |
1 | tb | Brown Sugar |
In a medium saucepan combine water, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to boiling;
stir in oats. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand,
covered, till of desired consistency.
Divide oatmeal among 4 serving bowls. Top each bowl with chopped apple,
snipped dates, sliced almonds, and brown sugar. Divide milk among serving
