1lbShrimp, Medium, Cooked
1lbFeta Cheese *
1cScallions, Sliced
1cTomato Sauce
1/2cOlive Oil
1/4cLemon Juice, Fresh
1tbParsley, Chopped
1tbBasil, Fresh, Chopped
1tbDill, Fresh, Chopped
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1 1/2lbFettuccine Or Flat Noodle **
2tsGarlic Powder

* Feta cheese, drained and coarsely crumbled ** Noodles, cooked and drained. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Combine shrimp, feta cheese, scallions in a large bowl. Add tomato sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, basil, dill, salt, and pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Toss shrimp mixture with hot noodles and serve immediately or refrigerate 1 hour and serve cold.
