Title: Beef a la Brigitte

1 1/2 | c | Cooked, cubed roast beef |
1/2 | Stick of margarine | |
1/2 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Hot water |
1/2 | c | Mustard |
Salt and pepper to taste |
In a microwave bowl, melt margarine; add flour, hot water and milk, and stir, microwaving on HIGH for 1 minute at a time after each addition. Stir well after each minute until the gravy is nice and smooth. Add the mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through well, about 3 minutes on HIGH. Add beef and microwave until warm. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles or rice and a vegetable.
