2 | c | Red pepper,chopped or sliced |
2 | x | Green onions, sliced |
2 | ts | Curry, more-less, to taste |
1/4 | ts | Turmeric |
4 | x | Red Apple, cored-sliced |
1 | c | Water |
Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
