4xChicken breast,cooked *
8xGreen onions,sliced 1 in.pcs
1cBell pepper, thinly sliced
1cMushrooms, quartered
2cBean sprouts
1cWater
  Salt, Pepper, and other
  Seasonings to taste

* Chicken is to be boned and skinned.

Place Bell pepper, mushrooms, and sprouts in teflon skillet with water. Simmer 5 minutes and add the chicken, seasonings and green onion. Cook until chicken is heated and vegetables are tender-crisp.

Good for a lunch, using leftovers too.
