Title: Duxelle of Mushrooms

Yield: 2 Cups
3 | c | Fresh mushrooms, diced |
1 | ts | Margarine |
1 | ts | Olive oil |
1/2 | c | Shallots, diced |
1/2 | c | Onions, diced |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | ts | Marsala |
Salt & pepper | ||
1 | pn | Garlic powder |
Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Use to fill pasta dough of your choice & cook as desired.
