Title: Tofu Herb Spread

Yield: 1 Servings

2 Garlic cloves or 1 clove elephant garlic
1cBasil, fresh; loosely packed
1cItalian parsley, fresh loosely packed
1/4cCelery leaves, fresh loosely packed
2tbChives; fresh
1pkTofu; silken (10.5 oz)
2tbLemon juice; fresh
1tbOlive oil; extra virgin
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsBlack pepper; freshly ground

Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.

Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.

Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
