Title: Tofu Herb Spread

2 | Garlic cloves or 1 clove elephant garlic | |
1 | c | Basil, fresh; loosely packed |
1 | c | Italian parsley, fresh loosely packed |
1/4 | c | Celery leaves, fresh loosely packed |
2 | tb | Chives; fresh |
1 | pk | Tofu; silken (10.5 oz) |
2 | tb | Lemon juice; fresh |
1 | tb | Olive oil; extra virgin |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper; freshly ground |
Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.
Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
