3/4 | lb | Nectarines |
1 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
Pit, peel and slice the fruit. Place in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Stir in the sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 4 servings
This was very good. Because the fruit wasn't really ripe it didn't suffer from being too sweet.
