2 Red peppers
2 Yellow peppers
1 Garlic bulb
  Few sprigs of thyme
1/2cOlive oil.

Grill and skin peppers per Roasted Red Bell Pepper Butter recipe Grill, or bake garlic per Whole Roasted Garlic recipe. Squeeze out individual garlic cloves. Place garlic, peppers and herbs in a mason jar. Cover with oil. Refrigerate. CHEF DU JOUR BOB BLUMER SHOW #DJ9282
