Title: Ham and Cheese Rolls

12 | Ham slices | |
=about 4 by 6 inches each | ||
1 | c | Pineapple juice |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar; packed |
* Use grated swiss or cheddar cheese Roll 1 tablespoon of the cheese into each ham slice, like a jelly roll. Place in a greased shallow baking dish. Pour the juice over them and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until hot and the cheese is melted. Recipe from Nauset House Inn in East Orleans, Massachusetts
