Title: "Guardian Angel" Torte

1 | pk | Chocolate pudding mix |
1 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1 | Angel food cake;, (9 or 10-inch | |
; cake) | ||
1 | c | Heavy cream |
3 | tb | Confectioners' sugar |
Shaved chocolate |
Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir
in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread
chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped
cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
