8 | Chicken breasts; boned, skinned | |
1 | Bottle teriyaki sauce | |
1 | tb | Minced fresh ginger |
1/2 | c | Vidalia onions |
Juice and pulp of one orange | ||
1/4 | c | Grated orange zest |
Mix all ingredients; heat marinade to a boil and then let it cool. Pour over chicken breasts at least two hours before grilling or even overnight.
