Title: Hummus and Lamb

Yield: 4 Servings
425 | g | Chickpea, tinned |
2 | cl | Garlic,raw |
45 | ml | Oil,veg,olive |
4 | oz | Ground lamb, lean |
3 | tb | Lemon juice,raw |
1/2 | ts | Pepper,red cayenne |
1/4 | ts | Chili powder |
2 | tb | Parsley,raw |
1/. Blend chickpeas, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until almost smooth ensuring it is even. Add the remaining oil, lemon juice, spices and parsley. Season to taste. Process until very smooth adding a little water if reqd.
2/. Fry lamb with a little salt, pepper and cinnamom.
3/. Spread houmus in a circle on a plate and add mince to centre. Serve with arab or pitta bread.
