Title: Ginger-Yogurt Marinade for Chicken

1/3 | c | Yogurt |
1 | Inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped fine | |
1 | ts | Garam masala |
1/4 | ts | Turmeric salt and pepper to taste |
4 | Chicken breasts, skinned and boned |
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place chicken and marinade in an airtight container and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through. Source: Alison Meyer
