1/4 | c | All-Purpose Flour |
3 | c | Low-Fat (1%) Milk |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
pn | Nutmeg | |
3/4 | c | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1 | lb | Cooked Fettuccine |
