1/2	lb	Cream cheese
3		Med. ripe Avacados
2	tb	Lemon juice
3	tb	Onion; grated
1/2	ts	Salt

Soften cream cheese and whip with a fork or electric mixer til fluffy. Peel and stone avacados; mash; add to cream cheese with remaining ingredients. Serve on tray or lazy Susan with apple slices that have been dipped in diluted lemon juice. From: Apple Kitchen Cook Book.
