1/4	lb	Blue cheese
		Cream
1	ts	Worcestershire sauce
		Tabasco; few drops
1	tb	Chives; finely cut

Beat cream cheese and blue cheese until well blended; mix in enough cream for good spreading consistency; add remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve with bite-size wedges of red apples skewered with wooden picks.
