Title: Maple Cream

4 | oz | Lowfat cottage cheese |
3 | oz | Softened cream cheese |
1/4 | c | Maple syrup |
2 | tb | Milk |
1/2 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
In a small bowl, beat together the ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a tightly covered container. This spread will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
