Title: Light Cheese Topping for Baked Potatoes

2 | c | Low-fat ricotta cheese |
1/3 | c | Plain non-fat yogurt |
Combine ricotta and yogurt in blender. Blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Good on baked potatoes or as a dip with chives added for more flavor.
