Title: Fresh Pear Chutney

2 | c | Finely chopped peeled cored Bosc pears, (about 3 large |
1/4 | c | Finely chopped fresh mint |
2 | tb | Finely chopped red bell pepper |
1 | tb | Finely chopped jalapeno chile |
2 | ts | Minced peeled fresh ginger |
1 | Garlic clove minced | |
1/4 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | tb | Honey |
Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk vinegar and honey in small bowl to blend. Stir into pear mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) NOTES : Makes about 2 cup
