Title: Cream of Potato Soup with Cheese

1lgPotato; peeled and diced
1 1/2cSkim milk
1cEvaporated skim milk
1tsDry onion flakes
2tbLite sour cream
1/2ts-Salt
1/2tsCelery flakes
1/2cAlpine Lace Free & Lean fat free cheese; shredded (for garni
 dsSeasoned salt

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in medium sauce pan and simmer over very low heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are done. When ready to serve, garnish top of each bowl of soup with shredded cheese.
