Title: Sweet and Sour Purple Cabbage

1 | ts | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
3 | c | Chopped purple cabbage |
2 | c | Apples -- sliced and halved |
1/4 | c | Water |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Dijon mustard |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
Saut=E9 onion in cooking spray and margarine for 1 minute. Add cabbage and apples and saut=E9 for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover. Cook over low heat 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with carraway seed if desired. Yield: 6 side-dish servings
