Title: Sugo Alla Cipolla

1/4cButter
1lbSweet onions; sliced, (this is great w/Vidalia onions)
1tbHoney
1/4cDry Marsala wine
1/4cOlive oil
1/3cGarlic; chopped (about 12 cloves)
  Parmesan cheese; freshly grated
  Pasta; cooked

Heat butter and oil in a lg. skillet over med. heat. Add garlic and stir briefly. Add onions, cover and cook until soft. Add honey, reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered for 30 mins., stirring occasionally. Add wine. Cook 5 mins. more. Toss with cooked pasta, serving cheese at the table to sprinkle over.
