Title: Mary's Macaroni/potato Salad

1/2 | | Macaroni (8 oz); cooked as |
3 | lg | Potatoes; cooked & cubed |
| | Mayonnaise (homemade or best |
1 | tb | Coleman's mustard |
1 | bn | Green onions; diced |
1 | | Carrot; grated |
1/2 | cn | Pitted olives; sliced thin |
1/2 | | Green pepper; diced |
1/2 | sm | Cabbage; sliced thin |
1 | cn | Tuna in oil; optional |
| | Salt |
| | Pepper |

Cook macaroni; drain and set aside. Cook potatoes; peel and cube. Use a
large bowl. Add all ingredients. To make creamy dressing add about 1/4 cup
of milk. If you don't have green onions, use about 1/2 of a small Maui
onion, chopped fine.
This recipe is easily doubled and doubled again. It's a pot luck
favorite! Also, goes great with Mary's Crockpot Meatloaf.
