Title: German Potato Salad with Sausage

PRESSURE COOKER COOKBOOK
3slBacon; cut into 1" pcs.
1mdOnion; cut into 1/8" slices
2clGarlic; crushed
1/3cChicken broth
1/3cWhite wine vinegar
3/4tsSalt
1/4tsWhite pepper
1/4tsDried dill weed
5mdPotatoes; peeled, cut into 1/2" slices
1lbBratwurst; cooked, cut into 1" pieces
1/2cSour cream; regular or light
1/2tsDry mustard
1 Green bell pepper; diced
4 Radishes; thinly sliced
1/3cParsley; minced

In pressure cooker, saute bacon 2 mins. or until crisp. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook 2 mins. Add broth, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill; mix thoroughly. Add potatoes and sausage and stir well. Secure lid. Over high heat, develop steam to med-high pressure. Reduce heat to maintain pressure and cook 4 mins. Release pressure accdg. to manufacturer's directions. Remove lid.

Stir potato/sausage mixture carefully but thoroughly. Add sour cream, mustard, bell pepper, radishes, and parsley; tossing gently to mix. Pour salad into serving bowl and serve warm or chilled. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
