Title: Macaroni Apple Pudding

2 | oz | Shell macaroni |
2 | Egg yolks; beaten | |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Seedless raisins |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
3 | lg | Apples; pared, sliced |
1/4 | c | Butter; melted |
2 | Egg whites; beaten stiff |
Cook the shell macaroni in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Add the egg yolks, sugar, raisins,salt and cinnamon. Add the sliced apples and the melted butter, and last fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into a buttered baking dish, and bake in a moderate over (375 ^F) for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold with cream. Serves six.
