1 | Scoop {1/2 cup) ice cream, any flavor, softened - for diabet |

Pour 1 cup of cold milk into a 1 quart shaker with a tight lid. Add 2 tbsp. of pudding mix and the ice cream. Put lid on shaker very tightly. 2. Shake very hard for at least 1 minute. Be sure to hold top and bottom of shaker tightly. 3. Oepn shaker. Pout into glass. Drink right away. Makes 1 serving. If you have leftover pudding mix, fold up package to use another time. Note from Ursula Taylor - if you don't have a shaker ~ use a jar with a tight fitting top.
