FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
4	oz	Macaroni
1 1/2	pt	Milk
1/2	ts	Cornstarch
1	ts	Butter
		Cinnamon and sugar

Cook the macaroni in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse. Heat the milk and thicken it with the cornstarch rubbed into the butter. When the milk is of the consistency of cream, stir in the macaroni. Put this mixture in a double boiler, and heat for 5 minutes. Then turn it into a deep dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, lightly. Serves six.

This is a dish everyone will enjoy, and it is particularly good for children for a midday meal or special dessert.
