Title: Asparagus Ham Quiche

Yield: 2 Quiches
2 | pk | 10-oz. frozen cut asparagus; thawed |
1 | lb | Fully cooked ham; chopped |
2 | c | Swiss cheese; shredded, 8-oz |
1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
6 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Milk |
1 1/2 | c | Buttermilk baking mix |
2 | tb | Dried vegetable flakes |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
In two greased 9" pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375~ for 30 mins. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield - 12 servings.
