Title: Turkey "Crab" Cakes

2cShredded cooked white or
  Dark turkey
1cSeasoned bread crumbs
1smOnion, finely chopped
1tsSalt
4tbMayonnaise
1tsPrepared mustard
1tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2tsPrepared horseradish
2 Eggs, beaten
1tsSeafood seasoning
1/4cVegetable oil

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the turkey, bread crumbs, onion, and salt. In another medium-sized bowl combine the remaining ingredients, except the oil. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey mixture and mix well. Form the mixture into patties. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
