2 | c | Shredded cooked white or |
| | Dark turkey |
1 | c | Seasoned bread crumbs |
1 | sm | Onion, finely chopped |
1 | ts | Salt |
4 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Prepared horseradish |
2 | | Eggs, beaten |
1 | ts | Seafood seasoning |
1/4 | c | Vegetable oil |
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the turkey, bread crumbs, onion, and
salt. In another medium-sized bowl combine the remaining ingredients,
except the oil. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey mixture and mix
well. Form the mixture into patties. In a large skillet, heat the oil over
medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each
