1tsFirmly packed brown sugar
1tsDijon-style mustard
2tbWhite-wine vinegar
1/3cVegetable oil
1tbMinced fresh dill
  Salt to taste

In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the dill. Makes about 1/2 cup.
