Title: Molho De Churrasco (Brazilian Barbecue Sauce)

8 Dried malagueta chiles; seeds and stems removed,
8 Piquin or thai chiles
3cVinegar
1tsSalt
1tbSugar
2clGarlic; crushed
1smOnion; minced
2tbItalian parsley; minced
1tsRosemary; crushed
2tsFresh basil leaves; minced
2tsFresh thyme leaves; minced
2tsFresh marjoram or oregano leaves; minced

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar, cover, and shake well. Let stand for at least 2 hours to blend the flavors. Store in a refrigerator until ready to use.
