Title: Ham, Egg and Cheese Casserole

5 | c | Plain bread cubes or crouton |
1 | lb | Ham; chopped* |
2 | c | Cheddar cheese; cubed small* |
4 | c | Milk ** |
1/4 | ts | Pepper** |
6 | | Eggs** |
1/3 | c | Corn oil** |
1 | ts | Salt** |
1 | ts | Dry mustard** |
1/3 | | C flour** |
* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture
over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2
hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
