1 | pk | Supreme lemon cake mix |
1 | Box instant pineapple cream pudding | |
3/4 | c | Wesson oil |
4 | Whole eggs | |
10 | oz | Bottle 7-Up |
FROSTING | ||
2 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | Stick margarine | |
1 | sm | Can crushed pineapple |
2 | tb | Flour |
1 | c | Coconut |
Mix cake ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes.
For frosting, mix together eggs, sugar, margarine, flour and pineapple. Cook until thick; cool. Add coconut and spread over cake.
