2 | c | Freshly made bread crumbs |
1 | Onion, chopped fine | |
2 | Eggs, slightly beaten | |
2 | lb | Ground Beef |
2 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
3/4 | c | Milk |
Preheat the oven to 350. Butter a loaf pan. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; your freshly washed hands are best tools for the job. Pat into the loaf pan and bakefor 45 minutes.
