Title: Taco Salad for a Crowd

Yield: 50 Servings

5lbGround beef
3ozTaco seasoning, or more, to
1 Taste
5 Heads of lettuce, torn into
1smPieces
3bnGreen onions, chopped
1lgCucumber, chopped
2cChopped celery
10 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 3 lbs cheddar cheese,
1 Grated
2cFrench dressing or taco
1 Sauce
30ozTaco chips, crushed

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside to completely cool. In large bowl, mix the lettuce with the onions, cucumber, celery and tomato. When beef is completely cooled, add to salad mixture and toss to mix well. Sprinkle cheese over top, and chill. Just prior to serving, sprinkle the taco chips over the top, and add salad dressing. Mix well and serve immediately.
