Title: Ragu Casserole

8ozThin noodles
1 1/2lbLean ground beef
1/4cChopped onion
  Green pepper to taste
  Salt and pepper to taste
1tsItalian seasoning
16ozRagu sauce
1 1/2 Inch chunk Velveeta cheese
  Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef, onion, green pepper, add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, Ragu and Velveeta. Simmer until cheese is melted. Cook noodles. Layer noodles and meat sauce in greased 2 quart casserole dish then top with cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Randy Rigg
