8 | oz | Thin noodles |
1 1/2 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
| | Green pepper to taste |
| | Salt and pepper to taste |
1 | ts | Italian seasoning |
16 | oz | Ragu sauce |
1 1/2 | | Inch chunk Velveeta cheese |
| | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Brown beef, onion, green pepper, add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning,
Ragu and Velveeta. Simmer until cheese is melted. Cook noodles. Layer
noodles and meat sauce in greased 2 quart casserole dish then top with
cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Randy Rigg
