Title: Rice and Beef Casserole

2 | tb | Margarine |
3/4 | c | Onion, chopped |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 1/4 | ts | Seasoned salt |
1/4 | ts | Minced garlic |
1/4 | ts | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Thyme |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | cn | Tomato sauce (8 oz.) |
1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup 10 oz |
1 1/2 | c | Cooked rice |
Brown onions and beef in butter. Add seasoning, garlic, oregano and thyme.
Mix worcestershire, tomato sauce and soup then pour over meat. Add rice and
simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart
Pyrex casserole. Put cheese slices (cheddar) on top and broil in oven
