Title: Rice and Beef Casserole

2tbMargarine
3/4cOnion, chopped
1lbGround beef
1 1/4tsSeasoned salt
1/4tsMinced garlic
1/4tsOregano
1/4tsThyme
1tsWorcestershire sauce
1cnTomato sauce (8 oz.)
1cnCream of mushroom soup 10 oz
1 1/2cCooked rice

Brown onions and beef in butter. Add seasoning, garlic, oregano and thyme. Mix worcestershire, tomato sauce and soup then pour over meat. Add rice and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart Pyrex casserole. Put cheese slices (cheddar) on top and broil in oven until the cheese bubbles. Randy Rigg
