Title: Basic Loaf Recipe for Legumes

1 | c | Legumes; cooked |
1 | c | Bread crumbs, wheat germ or ground nuts |
1 | c | Liquid--soymilk, tomato juice, etc. |
Seasonings to taste--garlic, onions, etc |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.
