1 | tb | Olive oil |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
2 | c | Broccoli,flowerets & stems |
1/2 | lb | Mushrooms,sliced |
1 | | Onion,small,sliced |
4 | tb | Beef broth |
3 | tb | Reduced-fat sour cream |
12 | oz | Wide egg noodles,cooked |
Brown meat in oil in large nonstick skillet, 2-3 minutes. Add salt and
pepper. Remove meat. Add broccoli, mushrooms and onion to skillet. Add
broth as needed to prevent sticking; cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Add beef;
heat through. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
