1/2 | c | Sunflower seeds; ground |
1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1 | c | Walnuts; ground |
1/2 | c | Potato, raw; grated |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Soy milk |
3 | tb | Onion; grated |
1 | tb | Oil |
Mix all ingredients well. Let stand covered for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
