3cPrepared instant mashed
  Potatoes
4ozShredded Swiss cheese
1/2cHellmans's mayonnaise
1/4cMinced onion, fresh
1 Egg, slightly beaten

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed. Spoon into a 9 inch buttered pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees or until puffed and golden brown. Randy Rigg
