3 | c | Prepared instant mashed |
Potatoes | ||
4 | oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
1/2 | c | Hellmans's mayonnaise |
1/4 | c | Minced onion, fresh |
1 | Egg, slightly beaten |
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed. Spoon into a 9 inch buttered pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees or until puffed and golden brown. Randy Rigg
