Title: Oatmeal, Raisin and Honey Bread

1/2cGolden Raisins
2tbGrated Orange Zest
1cPlus 1 tb. Water
1 3/4cWhole Wheat Flour
3/4cOat-blend Flour
1/2cRolled Oats
3tbDry Milk
1 1/2tsSea Salt
1/4cHoney
2tbCanola, Safflower or Sun-
  Flower Oil
4tsActive Dry Yeast

1. Place the raisins, orange zest, and water in a sm. saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Drain raisins and zest, reserving the liquid.

2. Measure and add the dry ingredients to the pail. Add the reserved liquid, the honey and the yeast.

3. Program for WHOLE WHEAT MODE.

4. At the end of the mixing cycle, just before the kneading begins, add the drained raisins and the orange zest to the dough.

5. Remove and turn out to cool on wire rack.
