1 | pk | Active dry yeast or fast rise yeast |

Measure buttermilk into paking pan, then add butter or margarine, sugar,
salt, bread flour and whole wheat flour. Sprinkle yeast over flour. Insert
pan sercurely into unit....
Setting: Basic White Bread setting if using active dry yeast/+ medium
baking degree setting; select Quick Baking setting, if using fast-rise
yeast...ON the Quick Baking setting, the baking degree will automatically
be set at Medium.
